The “Azienda Agraria NOBILE” is situated at 1 km from the historical center of Montepulciano in a charming position from which you can admire the old town of Montepulciano, the Valdichiana valley, Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of the Umbro-Marche appennines.

The farm has an area of approximately 10 hectares, of which 5 are vinyard, 2 olive grove and 3 a fruit grove producing exclusive plums, delicious local fruit.








The whole land is considered protected faunistic area, in which hares and pheasants live wild.
